Payroll Administrator required to work within a payroll bureau and assist with the running of weekly and monthly payroll. You will be responsible for the timely distribution of salary/ pay slips in order for prompt payment and you will forward payment instructions to the appropriate bank. You will be responsible for new starters and leavers, preparing year end returns, collating payroll information from clients to ensure their payrolls are processed in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for calculating overtime and bonuses.<br>The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years payroll ideally with using STAR software, this isn''t essential but knowledge of a payroll software is essential. You must have practical knowledge of SSP, SMP and other pay related legislations. You will be a strong communicator, work well under pressure and be able to work to tight deadlines.<br>My client are a leading practice based in the City Centre and have recently been voted ''Employer of the Year'' The position is to cover a period of 3 months<br><b>Only applicants with a minimum of six months accounting experience, who are based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK will be considered.</b>
