Rent Accountant is required for this centrally based Housing Association. The successful candidate will have proven experience of maintaining a rent accounting and lettings system. Within this role the responsibilities will include: handling and processing of payments; production of internal reports and rent statements; and other ad hoc reporting as required. The position has arisen due to someone taking maternity leave.
