Payroll Assistant required to join a team of four. Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager your responsibilities will include checking expense claims comply with company policy, processing of expense claims on a daily basis, raising automatic payments through BACS, dealing with queries and distributing monthly payroll slips.<br>The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and their approach to work will be very customer service based. You will be able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment, you will be a strong team player and be able to work on your own initiative. A knowledge of VAT would be an advantage<br>My client are one of the leading Law firms based in Manchester City Centre, are an extremely prestigious company to work for and have a very strong reputation amongst clients.<br><b>Only applicants with a minimum of six months accounting experience, who are based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK will be considered.</b>
