As the Assistant Accountant, you will be reporting directly into the Management Accountant and will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts, posting journals, monthly reconciliations and management reports. As you develop in this role, the responsibilities will expand, seeing the successful candidate becoming involved the interactive aspect of commercial accounting, leasing with non-financial personnel and people external to the group.<br>You will have excellent IT skills including strong literacy with regard to Excel. You will be working towards ACCA or CIMA and keen to continue with your studies. You will have at least 6 months experience ideally within a public sector environment and have excellent interpersonal skills.<br>My client is a Not for Profit organisation which, due to changes within the team, is looking to recruit a Management Accountant on a temporary to permanent basis.
