Working as an assistant accountant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts, variance analysis, fixed assets, pre-payments and accruals. You will also undertake some ad hoc projects where you will assist the management accountant directly in the provision of management information and you may be required to participate in making presentations directly to this organisations Directors.<br>You will be part qualified or Qualified by experience with at least 3-6 month experience working in a Not for Profit or Public Service environment. You will have excellent communication skills and possess the tenacity to learn and the ability top assimilate a variety of information.<br>Our exclusive client is a not for profit organisation based in Manchester City centre.
