The Role
The primary responsibilities are focused on a number of key areas:
Encouraging openness and pro-actively seeking fed back from customer and colleagues
Ensuring sales and service meet legal, regulatory and company requirements for sales and credit quality
Forecasting and planning future resources within budget
Recruiting staff
Ensuring the appearance of the branch is of a high standard at all times
Responsible for the development and coaching of your team:
Managing both under and over performance and identifying development needs
Pro-actively leading by example
Working to create an open and positive working environment
Encouraging team work across all roles
Working with the Area Client Relationship Manager
Must have CeMap Experience , be able to provide evidence of a proven sales and customer service record, as well as being a strong team player with experience of self-motivation.
