A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with this leading insurer for an individual to manage and lead the performance of a business operation in order to maximise operational efficiency and deliver business results. You will be responsible in setting the direction and providing leadership to a technically complex operational team along with developing and implementing operational plans to achieve the overall business strategy. This role also involves working with direct reports to disseminate information and ensure that the operation is performing efficiently and effectively. It will involve dealing with challenging people, performance and change management issues and leading teams of 4 (direct)-40 (indirect) individuals. Prior insurance experience is a MUST to be considered. A very high profile role and exposure to key individuals in the market.
Qualifications: Qualified Accountant : ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA
