JOB PURPOSE• To follow practices and procedures, in order to maximise opportunities from all avenues of business• To integrate with the residential team, ensuring an effective working relationship • To carry out the sales process, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
MAIN DUTIES• Liaise with estate agency staff, giving prompt feedback on appointments• Coach estate agency staff where necessary, always leading by example• Carry out appointments and sign ups, following the sales process• Ensure full use of Midas, from inputting details of first appointment through the banking reconciliation• To provide weekly statistics to your business Manager• Aim to achieve all key performance indicators • Carry out the processes for recommendations and client servicing• Attend adviser meetings when required• Review business levels, ensuring their is enough activity to achieve target• Carry out the 'avoid a lapse' procedure, taking responsibility to contact the client and action accordingly• Liaise with Estate Agency Proprietor and Business Manager, demonstrating how you are moving the business forward• Understand and own the business plans and objectives • To ensure you have an effective chase system in place to contact clients after first appointment• Carry out appointments in a compliant manner adhering to the regulations• Obtain necessary documents for a fully compliant file in accordance with the guidelines• Liaise with the administrator to ensure the sale is progressed efficiently• To carry out any other duties deemed necessary to the effective running of the business
