Your duties will involve: Programme and Project Planning using MS Project; including change impact analysis; maintaining an overall Change Portfolio Calendar and reporting at both an individual Programme and Project basis as well as consolidated reporting; reviewing Programme and Project reports for completeness, consistency and reasonableness, challenging where necessary to obtain the required information; logging and management of Risk, Issue and Change Logs. Applicants should: possess strong experience of working in a Project or Programme Office and knowledge of Prince 2 or other similar project management methodologies; have managed projects and supported multiple and large projects and programmes; be supportive and helpful by nature; be able to take an authoritative role when necessary; be well organised and able to manage multiple Programmes/Project tasks; able to facilitate meetings and take on a mentoring role within the team. Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills a must.
