Purpose of Job:
• To assist with the generation, construction and reporting of monthly accounts.
• To supervise three sub-ordinates.
• To assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Operation and maintenance of computer based accounting packages.
• Any other work at managements request.
Main Tasks:
• To assist in the generation and construction of monthly accounts pack.
o Cost of production calculation (transmission to TASC).
o Cost of sales calculation (transmission to TM1).
o Balance sheets reconciliation.
o Accrual calculations.
o Intrastat submission.
o Cross charging to other functions/sites.
• Supervision of three sub-ordinates.
o Payroll.
o Purchase Ledger.
o General Administration.
• Miscellaneous.
o Forecasting/budgeting.
o Assist with all internal and external audit teams.
o Compilation of site weekly manufacturing pack.
o Authorisation and coding of invoices and expenses.
