Our client, a High Street name and leading provider in Financial Services, are currently seeking Customer Interviewers.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the role is focussed within the Retail Sales department and encompasses the following:
• Guiding Retail Assistants on complex, difficult or sensitive issues relating to mortgage lending.
• Interviewing customers on all matters, with particular emphasis on new mortgage and revenue generation.
