A part qualified accountant is required for the position of Financial Controller for our client based in Barrow In Furness.
The role requires of it someone who will manage the accounting functions and systems, ensuring efficient and effective running of the unit’s financial services. Amongst your duties you will be expected to produce monthly management accounts, VAT returns, budgets, cashflows, maintain the fixed asset register, monthly reconciliations of inter company transactions, accruals and pre-payments.
Ideally you will be competent with Sage Line 100, strong I.T skills (MS Office, Crystal Reports/ Filemaker), excellent communication and verbal ability, substantial experience in office administration and accounts office procedures and able to provide a methodical and accurate approach to the role.
This would be an excellent opportunity for an individual with good commercial acumen and a strong accounting background to move their career to the next level.
