Mandatory:-* More than four years IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT experience.* Financial background especially futures knowledge and experience of applying this knowledge in an implementation environment.* Management and interpersonal skills adequate for identifying and resolving conflicts between teams with diverse priorities and deadlines.* Project planning and tracking skills and a track record in using these successfully in a high change, multi-project environment.* Written skills adequate for documenting risks and commitments clearly and unambiguously.* Experience of using influencing skills to build consensus and commitment without using line management authority.* General skills in an IT environment using Microsoft Project and Office. Preferable:The following skills and experience are desirable but if not present can be developed while in the post:* Project management and life cycles particularly PRINCE methodology* Test and implementation cycles* Strong understanding of Network Infrastruct
