Require working knowledge of the BMC Patrol products within a multiple platform environment. Duties include all aspects of support and development role, which include design through to implementation of bespoke monitoring tools, support and maintenance of existing tools, documentation and day to day adhoc support as all supported platform types. The candidate will have the following responsibilities on one or more of these platform types, Windows, Unix (Solaris/Linux) and VMS. · Design, Development and Deployment of bespoke BMC patrol Knowledge Modules.. · Day to Day support of existing BMC Patrol products (PatrolAgents, PEM, Distribution Server etc). Mandatory: · Min. 3 yrs exp using one or more of the following platforms, Solaris 8/9 (Preferably), Windows NT, Solaris, Linux, VMS. · Min. 2 yrs hands-on exp of writing bespoke KMs using PSL scripting.. · Min. 2 yrs hands-on exp of Patrol Console, wpconfig and PatrolAgents (3.4 onwards). · Min. 2 yrs hands-on exp of CONTROL-M. · Exposure to a large
