They are now looking to recruit a Private Client Tax Manager to provide private client tax advice and compliance services to an allocated number of personal clients in order to achieve budget and maintain client satisfaction and support the business development of the department through proactive marketing activities.

Duties include;-
* Ensure accurate completion of complex private client tax returns and queries within timescales and budget as allocated by the Head of Private Client Tax.
* Develop specific areas of tax expertise in ordewr to deliver specialist advice in support of the departments income targets.
* Develop good relationships with allocated clients in order to ensure retention and identification of additional business opportunities.
* Maintain department client care standards in order to meet clients satisfaction expectations.
* Develop a portfolio of new clients through the conversion of internal and external referrals.
* Drive marketing initiatives in the form of newsletters and seminars.
* Work with other members of the team to ensure departmental objectives are achieved.
* Manage billing and WIP of allocated clients in order to achieve targeted recoveries.
Candidate Specification;-
* CTA ( or Qualified by Experience )
* Experience of specialist areas of private client tax.
* Two to three years post qualification experience in a medium sized practice.
