We have an opportunity for a Credit Controller to work within a large, fast-moving team for one of our top clients. The candidate who is successful in their application will be working with several other Credit Controllers and will be reporting directly to the Credit Control Team Leader. The principle objective of this role will be to ensure cash collection targets are met in accordance with the company's debt policy. You will also be expected to maintain close relationships with both internal and external customers so that all queries are resolved in a tactful, diplomatic fashion.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a dedicated team-player with excellent communication, persuasion and influencing skills. You must be able to resolve queries and problems both over and the phone and in face-to-face conversations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dynamic, high-volume credit function and have a proven ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
