A member of the Sales Support team, assisting the branch in achieving their development and customer service aims. Works closely with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure a high level of service is provided to a designated panel of intermediaries. This includes providing internal support to the field staff, including arranging appointments with intermediaries and registering of all enquires and quotations to assist in their subsequent follow-up. Also undertakes telesales duties to own designated intermediary panel.
Successful applicants will hold a minimum of 2 years Sales Support experience within an IFA environment and will posses the full Financial Planning Certificate. You will hold excellent administration, customer service and team working skills.
