BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The role holder is responsible for the development of key distribution relationships amongst large intermediaries and networks. These relationships are critical to deliver volume and income targets. Intermediaries have become an important source of business for our clients and further rapid growth in excess of 100% is planned for 2005/06.
The role holder will initiate contacts and develop relationships, typically at Director level. They will manage these as key accounts, working with the distributors own sales and marketing teams to identifying, gain approval for and implement joint working initiatives. They will manage development initiatives and resolve service issues, working with others in the team as necessary to co-ordinate activity.
