Our client, a global investment management organisation based in Edinburgh are currently looking for a Project Analyst for a 12 month contract. You will be responsibile for co-ordination of Project meetings: diarise, room booking, conference line booking and maintenance; agenda compilation and distribution; taking minutes; updating project plans (if appropriate); updating action lists; establishing and maintaining distribution groups and calendar invitations. You will also be required to maintain and develop reports: gather information and necessary data to develop and assist in production of reports, assist in development of requirements and evaluation tools and compile and document information gathered. Other responsibilities include dealing with queries and/or data quality issues with the relevant teams where required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years relevant administration experience and possess strong analytical, organisational and administrative skills. Ideally you will have an understanding of Financial services envionment an understanding of the primary aspects of project management tool, techniques and methodologies and basic intranet publishing skills.
