Global Financial Services Company has an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Mortgage Operations Manager to develop a long term career within this pioneering organisation.
Job Purpose
To ensure outstanding service is provided to all internal and external customers. Assist the Mortgage Operations Manager in daily management and administration of the team. To continue to process applications within the team, adding to the overall capacity of Processing.
Key Accountabilities:
Liaise with internal and external partners and customers to build and maintain relationships.
Collate and present accurate daily Management Information figures through daily meetings.
Provide stats for the capacity model
Ensure capacity is maximised, while maintaining service standards
Deputise for Operations Manager during absences
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years mortgage processing experience
Excellent customer service skills
Proven relationship management skills
Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
Experience of both the prime and sub-prime mortgage market
This role could potentially involve a regulated activity and the job- holder will be informed and trained accordingly.
The basic salary is £21-26k Basic salary + Bonus (discretionary upto 15%) + Full Benefits Package
