Our client, an Independent Financial Advisors act for their clients with their best interests in mind offering independent advice on buy to let mortgages, residential and commercial mortgages, life assurance and other insurance protection, pensions and investments. Their buy to let mortgages-buying power offers their clients the best buy to let mortgage deals in the UK. Due to their continued success they are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Broker with a proven sales record, within a mortgage buy to let environment and holds a recognised mortgage advice qulification.
The Role:
* Developing and maintaining a client base with a view to securing lending business and to cross sell other financial products
* Maximise mortgage sales potential with a pro-active approach to business development
* Achieve high-level buy to let lending targets through professional package cases in a timely fashion
The Person:
* You will possess drive, ambition and the ability to hit sales targets
* Expertise knowledge of buy to let mortgages
* Strong business development skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
