Our client is a well known Global Financial Services provider, who are currently building an innovative Mortgage Sales, Processing and Servicing Operation in Reading.
Candidates will need to be customer focused and be able to work to defined service standards assessing a wide range of incoming documentation to ensure that applications meet current lending policy and following up with applicants by telephone to chase information / documentation. This role demands excellent written, verbal and numerical aptitude and a high dgree of accuracy and attention to detail. Applicants require experience within a Mortgage Processing role and CeMap qualifications are preferred.
