Team Leader Required! Our Client, a leading lending company is currently recruiting for a Team Leader to lead and develop their busy Secured Loan department.

The Role:
The Team Leader will oversee the proactive management of the offer pipeline in order to maximise the number of Secured Loan offers that proceed to payout.

You will be responsible for supporting the activities of the Head of Secured Lending and the Customer Relationship Managers through proactive management of the pipeline,
