Our Clients provide the highest quality Oracle based finance software and services to many UK organisations. Their staff are experienced, highly motivated and professional, and their aim is to provide an exceptional service to their customers. To maintain this reputation for excellent customer service they are looking for an Applications Business Support Consultant to join their busy team.
The role will involve providing on site consultancy to their customers, as their customer base is nationwide, this will necessitate travel, for which a full UK driving licence must be held.
Successful candidates will have a sound understanding of accountancy principles, have some experience of financial software systems and be proficient in problem solving. They will be able to communicate effectively, have the ability to instill confidence in people and remain calm when dealing with customers. They will also be able to manage and prioritise a varied workload, use their own initiative and take a positive, proactive approach to work.
