Our client is a world-class manufacturer and innovator of precision fluid dispensing equipment. Since 1963, the company has designed and manufactured dispensing devices for applying controlled amounts of the adhesives, sealants, lubricants and other assembly fluids used in almost every manufacturing process throughout the world.
In line with their continued and projected growth, the company currently seeks candidates for the post of Finance and Operations Manager, to join their European team based in Dunstable.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's finance and operations function at the European head office, including preparation and control of annual budgets, production of monthly European accounts as well as managing the companies HR, procurement, credit control, warehouse, distribution and service sections.
The successful applicant will be a graduate calibre, qualified accountant and have excellent communication & people management skills.
