Our client has a refreshingly open and intelligent approach to fee based financial planning. They provide a service to retained clients, focussing on long term needs, rather than maximising product sales. As such, the company has a loyal and expanding client bank, who receive annual reviews, and who value their service based proposition. The majority of new clients come via professional introductions.
Our client is now looking to expand by taking on a new Financial Planning adviser. The position will be working with the existing advisory team, building a client bank from existing contacts as well as new activities.
If you are open minded, intelligent, professional and focussed on providing a very high level of client service, whilst committed and focussed to providing long term client relationships rather than ensuring you earn the highest commissions, then this may be the position for you.
The technical aspects of the role are central, and the adviser should have at least 2 years' experience as an adviser, on their way to attaining full AFPC (or at least intending to), and hold CAS with a clean driving licence. Basic IT knowledge is essential (Word, Excel, etc), and candidates should be experienced in dealing with complex pensions, IHT, savings and investments and financial planning solutions, communicating clearly and effectively through a range of media.
