This extremely reputable company requires an enthusiastic individual with a customer services background ideally within a bank, building society, estate agency or travel agency, to work alongside established Mortgage Consultants, providing advice in all areas of mortgage business and the associated protection products, including protection, ASU and buildings and contents insurance. This really is an excellent opportunity to enter the world of the mortgage industry. You will be paid to sit your CeMAP exams and be put on a 12 weeks induction course for you to learn more about the industry. Once you have obtained the CeMAP 1 qualification you will be authorised to provide mortgage advice to the clients of this estate agency chain. This position has a very high earnings potential, with commissions being paid on the broker fees, the life bankings, buildings and contacts, ASU, procuration fees and legal referrals.
You should be currently working within a customer services environment, ideally within estate agency, bank, building society or travel agency organisations. You should be experienced in dealing with people's need and requirements and be prepared to make recommendations based on your findings. You don't have to possess any of the CeMAP qualifications but the more of these you have the higher the basic salary will start at.
