JOB PURPOSE
To develop the necessary tools and models to optimise non-prime account management policies for non-prime accounts and existing high risk portfolio.
This will involve analysis and development of credit limit assignment, authorisations and campaign policies.
To work closely with other customer management team members to ensure plans meet Non-prime business case targets
OBJECTIVES
- Work with Modelling team to develop account management scorecards
- Development of Credit Limit strategy
- Development of Authorisations strategy
- Development of strategy for Account Management programmes
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED
- SAS / BI required
- TRIAD or equivalent an advantage
- Monarch an advantage
- Candidate requires risk analysis experience
- Previous Non-prime experience would be an advantage
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Own and develop risk policy for account management
- Own and develop credit limit policy for customer management
- Develop relationship with credit operations
- Develop relationship with scorecard development team and group risk
- Monitor and evaluate performance of account management strategies
- Report performance and propose changes in policy
- Identify insights into customer behaviour
