A new opportunity has just arisen within the compliance department of a financial services company for a Customer Relations Officer. This is an opportunity to join a friendly, professional team environment. The successful candidate will have some mortgage related experience ideally within customer service/complaints. You will be required to resolve customer complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures, assist in the preparation of cases escalated through the financial ombudsman process as well as assist in the production of statistical information and reports for the management team.
Skills Required
Good woking knowledge of word and excel
Willingness to undertake the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practise
Excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to negotiate, analyse and problem solve.
