My client, based in Crawley, West Sussex, are looking to recruit a Business Process Improvement Practitioner (Finance). A worldwide leader in the field of processing and filtration equipment for industries such as electronics, semiconductors, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, instrumentation and R&D. They utilise a range of expertise within the company to deliver process-enabling technologies including a combination of materials, vacuum, exhaust management, liquid abatement and gas abatement.
Due to continual growth they require a Business Process Improvement Practitioner - Finance (BPI) to provide global direction, cohesion and consistency to service processes from beginning to end.
Your responsibilities will be varied but will include formulating business process improvement programmes for financial business areas, identification of opportunities for technological and strategic change to improve business performance and identification and delivery of year-on-year improvements in business processes and strategic utilisation of IM within business area.
You will have a minimum of 8 years experience in both financial transaction and group consolidation roles. Through these roles the candidate should be able to demonstrate proven leadership, excellent communication skills and a track record of high performance working in cross-functional teams. Previous experience of SAP financial modules is essential.
Any knowledge of 6 Sigma or Lean analytical techniques would be useful although not essential.
