Telecoms Sales Executive
£18K BASIC+ UNCAPPED OTE + CAR + The TOOLS to succeed!
Our client is looking to expand its field sales team based in Midlands area. You'll ideally have a minimum of one year's field sales experience, with an account management or new business bias. This is likely to be within the telecoms field although candidates with experience of technology or capital equipment sales will be considered.
Alternatively you might have a strong voice telesales background and are now looking to fulfil your potential and expand your sales skills.
General communications and networking background with experience of Avaya, BT & 3com would be beneficial.
This is a superb opportunity for a young dynamic sales person with drive and ambition to develop into a larger role with responsibility and pay review to match.
• Within your own dedicated area you will be responsible for establishing relationships with businesses both large and small with a view to helping them to become yet another of our highly delighted customers
• You have a strong desire to be involved with a forward thinking company and help it achieve its goals; and will have the foresight to realise that we can help you achieve many of your goals along the way.
• You will benefit from a full induction and ongoing training programme, and will also receive comprehensive ongoing support to help you achieve your targets – both performance and personal
• You will have some previous experience of sales, however this does not necessarily need to be in telecommunications
• You will have excellent presentation and communication skills
• You are confident and articulate whilst a good listener
• You have a strong moral code yet also now how to have fun
• You are a competitive person yet work well within a team
• Positive by nature, you have demonstrable persistence and discipline
