New Business Sales Consultant
Salary: to £30K Basic + OTE Car/Allowance + Fuel card + Laptop + Mobile
Location: Wales and South West

Skills & Knowledge
• Two years plus experience of selling technical products, services or solutions to businesses
• Proven track record in selling to SME's
• Ability to generate own sales leads through various methods including telephone selling
• Self starter with ability to work unsupervised within a dynamic team
• Must show strength in designing own sales strategy
• Having formal sales training is an advantage, however, you will need to be a polished, well-presented sales person who can deal with people at senior levels (MD,FD etc)
• Must be flexible and willing to travel to any location and work away from home when needed. Successful candidates will be home based after the initial probation period has been completed
• Have a sense of humour and be prepared to have fun
Main Duties
• Identifying new potential clients through different research methods including internet, chambers of commerce, press etc.
• Creating own appointments through cold calling
• Developing cost effective marketing strategies to aid full market penetration
• Selling telecommunication solutions on both an end to end and modular basis
• Maintaining the prospect database
• Developing and managing sales seminars around the country when applicable
• Providing in part first level consultancy to clients for all products and services
• Seek out and develop business opportunities from all market areas
