Our client is a young and growing company, based in Yeovil, involved in the supply of equipment to the commercial marine markets, specialising in products for underwater inspection, commercial shipping and ports, survey and hydrography.
The business is currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to take over the sales and marketing of all underwater inspection products. This is a demanding role that will require a large amount of travel in the UK and Ireland. The candidate may be based in the company's base location of Yeovil, but applications are welcomed from candidates across the UK.
The right candidate will have a sound technical background with an understanding of marine electronics and will be able to adopt a "hands-on" approach to demonstrating the equipment to clients both on and off shore.
The right candidate for this job will enjoy working with a dynamic young company that is establishing itself as a major player in the marine markets. You will enjoy travel and will be able to motivate and manage yourself in this demanding role. The successful candidate will be able to prove a strong track record in a technical sales environment, preferably within the marine industry.
