Our client is a leading provider of Contact Centre Technology and Telephony Convergance solutions to business customers in the UK. With over 10 years experience they have achieved Avaya Gold and Cisco Partner status. Due to growth they are now looking to recruit Business Development Managers to develop new business or manage existing accounts in the South East & London.
Business Development Manager - PBX / Contact Centre Technology
Based: London / South East
Salary: £30K - £60K Base (£60K - £120K OTE)
The Company:
Our client is a leading provider of Contact Centre Technology and Telephony Convergance solutions to business customers in the UK. With over 10 years experience they have achieved Avaya Gold and Cisco Partner status. Due to growth they are now looking to recruit Business Development Managers to develop new business or manage existing accounts in the South East & London.
The Role:
They are currently looking for experienced Sales Professionals to sell a range of into new or existing customers. This is a solutions based sales environment and you will need previous knowledge of selling Call Centre technology or PBX & IP Telephony. They have offices based in the City and although you can be based from home, you will need to be able to travel in to the city at least 2-3 times per week.
Experience Required:
- At least 3 years experience selling PBX and Call Centre Solutions into UK clients.
- Good product knowledge from selling Avaya, Nortel, Cisco, Siemens or other recognised vendors.
- Any knowledge of any other Contact Centre tehnologies such as CTI, IVR, ACD, Call Recording, Speech Recognition, Workforce Management etc would be advantageous
- Proven sales track record with demonstratable success achieving targets and winning business.
- Excellent customer facing and team working skills.
- Full driving licence.
