Sales Executive - IT Solutions
£30,000 to £60,000 per year
A new business sales executives role with account management. Selling a wdie range of IT solutions for a reseller that include Networks, VPN, Content Security, CRM, Software, Hardware and Telecoms
This client is a well established and growing IT Solutions Provider based in the South East and who has built a solid reputation in the supply of workable solutions to sometimes complex IT issues and that allow companies to operate at full potential efficiently and effectively. A large part of their success has stemmed from working with key leaders and experts in the provision of business solutions that aid communication and workflow in secure and highly efficient and cost effective environment. These include high profile names such as Energis, BT, MCI, PsiNet, McAfee, Symantec, Sophos, MessageLabs, M@ilMeter, Allasso, Clearswift, Checkpoint, Cisco, and Surfcontrol to name a few. The solutions offered range from networking, VPN, security, content, CRM, storage solutions, wireless computing to database integration. The role is predominately new business sales with a strong emphasis on consultancy and requires sales people with focus, tenacity and energy to fully qualify potential appointments and follow through on the full sales cycle from presentations at Director level to preparation of quotations, overcoming objections and obstacles to final closure and account management following a successful sale. While some appointments will be made by the telesales team to ensure appointment targets are meet the sales person must be prepared to make their own appointments when needed. Suitable candidates should have a proven and accomplished track record in field sales gained from working in the IT or Telecom industries. Proof of accomplishments will be requested. The basic salary is negotiable with reasonable targets based on profit margin, that should offer an on target earning of c £60k plus company car or car allowance plus pension scheme and Health Club Membership.
