Our client is a global leader in the manufacture of power semiconductors and they are now searching for a Wafer Level IC Reliability Engineer. The role will entail designing new WLR test structures for low voltage MOSFET devices and IC's, as well as developing new test algorithms for WLR testing. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, - BSc or equivalent in Physics/electronic engineering - Previous experience setting up WLR testing in a semiconductor company - Excellent references in research - A desire to become an Expert in WLR testing Please call us to discuss further.
