Senior Principal Analogue / R.F. Design Engineer with 7 years’ design experience to lead a small team in the development of new marine electronics products, produce accurate project plans and development estimates, give guidance and advice to other members of the development team, produce regular and accurate progress reports, meet demanding programme timescales and product cost targets, manage the performance and development of all staff who report in, be aware of and comply with Company Standards of Conduct and all relevant statutory requirements. You must be degree qualified with at least a 2:1 degree in electrical / electronic engineering or a related discipline, practical experience designing with analogue, RF and power electronics, a good understanding of related components e.g. magnetrons, circulators, limiters, wound components etc . and good mathematical knowledge and analytical ability. An appreciation of alternate radar transmission techniques including coherent processing and knowledge of the marine environment useful. This is a permanent position paying iro GBP40k to GBP45k. Successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment.
