Experience:
* It is expected that the successful candidate will have existing relationships with consortia and will be expected to bring those relationships with them.
* Will have not less than 15 years experience in Architecture with extensive experience during that time of a wide variety of education projects, particularly primary and secondary.
* Must be fully qualified and registered RIBA
* A thorough understanding of the PFI process is essential.
* Must have a minimum of 5 years continuous employment on education PFI schemes and have undertaken marketing including presentations, bidding and fee agreement.
* Will be professionally focused and technically very capable, wanting to develop a specialist team.
* The ability to present and sell the company with confidence and high level of technical competence to contractors and other parties in the first instance but also to develop those relationships to win further business by providing a first class, effective design capability.
* Must be able to work as part of a project team
* The candidate will be well motivated and innovative and enjoy the variety of the job that he is being asked to do which will include a high level of technical skills and design work but also marketing, sales and pricing work.
