Experience and understanding of the LUL processes and procedures.
Experience of construction and planning in an operational role.
Commercially aware.
Chartered Engineer desirable.
Job description / responsibilities:
Manage the Method Statements Engineer and ensure that each Method Statement reflects the full picture.
Check that appropriate measures are in place to satisfy all Safety, Health and Environmental matters.
Close liaison with the Planning department in particular the strategic planning function.
Close involvement with Engineering to establish correct prioritisation and early
identification of potential projects
Collation of papers required for implementation approvals for assessment based work including Works Package Plans and the like.
Smooth transfer of identified projects through the feasibility, design and construction phases.
Identify milestones and report to LUL as appropriate.
Liaison with the Maintenance Department, Stations Team and Comm
