Candidates should be educated to degree level in a numerate subject (Civil Engineering, mathematics or similar). A post-graduate degree or diploma in Transport Planning would be desirable.
They should also be interested in transport planning with an understanding of the planning processes and current legislation/evaluation methods.
Ideally looking for 2-5 years experience with a consultancy or local authority.
