My client is a leading manufacturer of process equipment systems for industrial sectors especially including petrochemical. Products include recorders, meters, timers, display equipment, specialist alarm systems and interface products. Both individually and as part of a British technology group they have an exciting future, are experiencing rapid growth and have substantial financial resource and strong brand recognition.
As part of their growth plans they seek a Electrical CAD Engineer / Electrical Design Draughtsman with a good level of experience involving AutoCAD and electrical wiring / electrical looms / layout design. Often bespoke in nature, each project will require an element of liaison with the client to go through exact needs and how to deliver those with an appropriate design solution. Therefore we seek someone who is able to produce swift drawings with accuracy, confident enough on the telephone to discuss ideas with clients and have good AutoCAD skills. Only candidates living in the Yorkshire region will be considered for this role.
Ideally you will have a HNC or equivalent in Electrical / Electronic engineering and some background experience within the electronic / electrical field.
C£18000pa - £22000pa base salary + various benefits and enjoyable working conditions and the opportunity to progress in the business.
