My client is a leading manufacturer of process equipment systems for industrial sectors especially including petrochemical. Products include recorders, meters, timers, display equipment, specialist alarm systems and interface products. Both individually and as part of a British technology group they have an exciting future, are experiencing rapid growth and have substantial financial resource and strong brand recognition.
As part of their growth plans they seek a CAD Engineer / Electrical Design Draughtsman with at least 3-5 years experience involving Autocad and electrical wiring / electrical looms as well as mechanical enclosure design. Often bespoke in nature, each project will require an element of liaison with the client to go through exact needs and how to deliver those with an appropriate design solution. Therefore we seek someone who can 'think on their feet' so to speak, can product swift drawings with accuracy, are confident enough on the telephone to discuss ideas with clients and have strong Autocad skills. Only candidates living in the Yorkshire region will be considered for this role.
