We are currently recruiting for a Building Management System (BMS) Engineer, to join our maintenance team based at The National Physical Laboratory in Teddington.
The position will offer the successful candidate a wide range of experience on projects, planned maintenance and response maintenance.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Ø Carry out maintenance routines to ensure BMS on the PFI site operates to required standard.
Ø Provide feedback information for the development of Planned Maintenance for the BMS.
Ø Assist in the development of the BMS. This will require both software / programming upgrades, as well as new hardware installation.
Ø Undertake installation of control systems for new plant, and the integration of the new plant onto the BMS.
Ø Assist Controls Supervisor in operation / maintenance of the access control system, within the PFI and DTI sites.
Ø Provide support to the engineering team with maintenance / fault finding on control equipment across both sites.
Ø Provide out of hours support via remote access to the BMS.
