The Rotating Maintenance Engineer is responsible for: ·Development of Maintenance Strategies and Procedures for all Rotating Equipment in compliance with Russian Regulations. ·Preparation of Maintenance Programs, including shutdown Campaigns, for Rotating Equipment systems in order to ensure Technical Integrity, Safe and Reliable Operation and maximum Availability Review the Quality of Execution of Rotating Equipment Maintenance activities such that Preventive Maintenance, Inspections and Corrective Maintenance job routines are executed in accordance with the agreed work management plans at Worldclass Standards, whilst effectively controlling cost of Maintenance ·Ensure allocation and effective control of annual budgets for execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs and a contingency for Corrective Maintenance ·Develop detailed equipment Inspection and Testing Procedures and ensure that Testing and Certification of equipment is carried out in compliance with Russian Regulations and Industrial Standards ·Ensure that Work Orders are prepared in SAP for all related Maintenance Activities, including Mechanical Isolation Procedures and Job Safety Analysis ·Development of Rotating Equipment Operating Procedures ·Negotiate Maintenance Contracts for Equipment and Systems. Maintain Technical Interfaces and Supervision of Manufacturers, Contractors, ABS, and regulatory bodies such as GGTN and GOSSTANDARD. ·Effectively Manage and Control Inventory of Materials and Spare Parts, ensure that Material Purchase Orders have been prepared in time in SAP and monitor that Materials are supplied well in advance of the scheduled execution ·Carry out Troubleshooting / Inspection to establish root causes of failure (RCFA) and prepare Corrective Maintenance plans and detailed schedules, including materials and manpower resources. ·Propose Reliability improvement projects for facilities. Recommend design upgrades of mechanical equipment and systems as required to improve Asset Integrity. Prepare and implement TMRs, including Job Packs and MTOs for execution of the modifications ·Ensuring that Change Control Procedures and relevant Standards are implemented for any changes executed on Rotating Equipment Systems. ·Review Engineering Design proposals, Studies, drawings and documentation ·Provision of technical support for Commissioning activities of Upgrade Projects ·Validate Design As Built Drawings and provide input into Livelink via Document Control administration. Ensure key drawings and documentation are kept up date. ·Make recommendations for improvements of SAP Maintenance system and SAP Warehouse system. Ensure key drawings and documentation are kept up date. ·Maintain equipment histories and technical information in SAP for all rotating equipment maintenance work activities. ·Provide Competency Assessment, Staff Mentoring, On the Job Training (OJT), discipline specialist courses and involvement during commissioning to progress the development of competencies and skills of mechanical maintenance engineers and technicians ·Supervise the Certification of Mechanical Engineers and Technicians by GGTN Conduct recruitment and Interview Mechanical Maintenance discipline engineers and technicians in compliance with Company guidelines and standards Rotating equipment include; Gas Turbines, Typhoons, Compressors, Engines, Cranes, Pumps
