ÂSenior ArchitectâMy Client is currently seeking applicants for the position of Senior Architect.: Candidates should have the following qualifications:• Architectural degree from a recognized university combined with 15 years of experience.• Experience should include demonstrated abilities in the following areas: Feasibility and other pre-design related studies Design development Development and coordination of working drawings and details Production of contract drawings and specifications Project management Site review All facets of contract administration Current Projects Include: International Hotel’s and Commercial Offices/High rise/residential Villa''s /retail developments. • Familiarity with computer programs for architectural design including AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project.• Demonstrated abilities in meeting project deliverables and requirements.• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
