As an Embedded Software Design Engineer, you will provide the low-level embedded software, and integration support, for my clients mobile telecommunications products. This software provides the multimedia device driver software that provides interfaces to the hardware for use by applications in the products. You will be involved with the planning, implementation, execution and reporting on all software development that will be carried out. This means you will be involved in software development phases in simulation environments such as unit, module and integration testing and also system testing using real hardware. Essentail, Degree Level in Computer Science Software Engineering or Electronic Engineering, 5 years experience in embedded real time experience, 5 years experience of C programming in NT and HP-UNIX environment and basic knowledge of ARM processors.
