Our client requries traffic and highways engineers throughout their regional offices to work on various high profile projects.

Required skills / qualifications:

. Excellent oral and written communication skills,
• Be aiming towards or have achieved professional status as C. Eng/I.Eng
• Minimum 4 Years experience in the highways and traffic engineering environment.
• Knowledge/understanding of the latest design guides and best practices documentation related to highways infrastructure works.
• Knowledge/understanding of the latest HandS/CDM legislation.
• Knowledge of current environmental issues relating to projects
• Current Driving Licence.

Desirable Person Requirements:

• Project management including demonstration of good programming and financial control.
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to focus on the investigation, design and delivery of highways projects.
• Experience in dealing with Elected Members and the Public.
• Contract Document Preparation
