Principal Field Systems Test Engineer

This Client originally made its name known throughout the wireless industry by pioneering and commercialising CDMA wireless technology and is now leading the world in the development of 3G standards. Their approaches are both innovative and pace setting in developing these chipsets.
Due to unprecedented success they are now in need of an experienced Principal Field Systems Test Engineer. Candidates will require an embedded software development/test background for digital cellular (W-CDMA/GSM/GPRS etc.). Knowledge of relevant protocols/standards/air interfaces and test equipment will also be expected.
This is a Senior role that will offer the opportunity for travel (including European and UK) with responsibility for field and interoperability testing at Vendor sites.
