Our client is a global leader in the manufacture of power semiconductors and they are now searching for a Semiconductor Metrology and Defectivity Engineer. The role will entail implementing defectivity control through SPC and developing the technologies sampling plan for metrology and defectivity. An important part of the job will be to interact with different departments within the fab and to be responsible for the overall direction of the defectivity roadmap. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: -BSc or equivalent in Physics/electronic engineering -Experience with KLA, SEM defect inspection equipment -Good semiconductor process skills -Experience within a high volume manufacturing semiconductor facility Please call us to discuss further.
