Qualifications / Education:
Preferably BSc (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering
Experience / Knowledge:
Site experience (ideally within the water treatment industry).
Knowledge of estimating processes utilising a computerised analytical estimating system
Planning capability sufficient to prepare Tender programmes
Design and construction experience sufficient to influence the design and buildability of a project, choice of materials and be able to contribute to optionee
